SOUTH Korean Sung-Jae Im and Japan’s Hideki Matsuyama are Asia’s best hopes at the US Masters Tournament this week.
Sung-Jae finished runner-up here last November when he trailed Dustin Johnson home after a gutsy showing in his first outing at Augusta National Golf Club.
Matsuyama will start his 10th appearance at the Masters, as an amateur and pro, with similar chances as for Sung-Jae.
But what might make a differnce is his experience, both in the game as a whole and around Augusta National itself.
A little down the order, Si Woo Kim is another of Asia’s sons who will do battle.
