Tom Cruise’s Colorado house for sale: actor lists 320-acre ranch he helped design for £29 million - Evening Standard

H ollywood superstar Tom Cruise is selling the 320-acre Colorado mountain ranch he helped design, with an asking price of $39.5 million (£29 million).
More celebrity residents of the area include Jerry Seinfeld and Ralph Lauren.
Cruise reportedly first put the estate on the market in 2014 for $59 million (£43 million), but has now lowered the asking price after the property failed to sell.
The secluded property can be accessed via a secure gate located a one-mile drive away from the main house.
Considered a year-round outdoor pursuit haven, Telluride boasts world-class skiing; golf courses; facilities for rock climbing, horseback riding, and 4x4 Off Roading; as well as ample opportunities for hiking, cycling and camping.
