VETTER, Teresa Louise, daughter of Robert Joseph Vetter and Miriam Ernestine Thomas Vetter and former spouse of John Valley, passed away on March 24, 2021 after a short illness.

Born in Greenville, N.C., Terri moved to Richmond as a young child and there remained until her death.

She received a Bachelor in History from the University of Virginia and later, a post-graduate certificate in computer programming from Virginia Commonwealth University.

She was a computer programmer initially at the Virginia Motor Vehicle Administration, then later at the Virginia Department of Taxation, where she had worked since 1999.
