Ada "Ruth" FookesAda Ruth Fookes, 91, of Midland, our loving, quiet, sweet, and kind aunt went home to be with the Lord early Sunday morning, March 28, 2021 at her home in Midland.

She was born May 4, 1929 in Mackinaw City, daughter of the late Floyd and Ada (Byers) Wilke.

On November 15, 1966, she married Norman L. Fookes in Midland.

Ada worked as a homemaker for most of her life.

Ada was a former long-time member of Holy Family Episcopal Church but recently became a member of Floyd Church of God.
