Publication Of The Supplements To The Base Prospectuses BNP Paribas Issuance B.V.(incorporated in The Netherlands)(BNPP BV) BNP Paribas(incorporated in France)(BNP Paribas, together with BNPP BV, the Issuers) PUBLICATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTS TO THE BASE PROSPECTUSES IN RESPECT OFNOTES, WARRANTS AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE NOTE, WARRANT ANDCERTIFICATE PROGRAMME (the Programme).

The Issuers prepared the fifth supplement dated 30 March 2021 (the FifthSupplement in respect of Certificates) which is supplemental to, andshould be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 2 June 2020(the Base Prospectus in respect of Certificates), in respect ofCertificates issued under the Programme.

The Fifth Supplement in respect of Notes, the Fifth Supplement inrespect of Warrants and the Fifth Supplement in respect of Certificatesare collectively referred to as the (Supplements).
