Skyland Conference Season in Review, 2021Player of the Year: Matt Balzarotti has always seemed to terrorize opponents in the Skyland and throughout the state alike.
In nine games, Balzarotti posted 25 points off 12 goals and 13 assists, leading Ridge in points for the second consecutive year.
Coach of the Year: Pingry never really got into a rhythm with shutdowns to start and end its season.
Team of the Year: Shutdowns put Ridge on ice (in the wrong way) for a good portion of the season.
Ridge went 8-1 with its lone loss a close defeat at the hands of Bergen Catholic and, outside of that game, dominated against much of its schedule.
