If an individual declines an appointment notice twice, the individual is removed from the queue, meaning they are taken out of line.

This will prevent them from receiving appointment notices until they confirm with the Registration Team they would like to return back in queue.

Individuals can do so by calling the Registration Team at 941-861-VAXS (8297) 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and through county social media direct message @SRQCountyGov, or in-person at the vaccine registration and information station in the mall clinic.
